At Luminate Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
